The house was beautifully decorated and appointed. The pool, slide, and Pickleball courts close by and included. There were Pickleball paddles and balls as well as pool Floaties and beach towels provided. Kristen was very responsive. She answered quickly or returned my call as soon as possible.

One of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in! Awesome place! We stay at VRBO’s 3-4 times a year and this one is one of the best we’ve stayed in. Lots of space for multiple families (lots of bathrooms too!). We loved the beds and the bedding. Very comfortable! We loved having a second fridge in the garage and tons of parking available. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and lazy river! The house was very well stocked and even had some shampoo and laundry soap to use (two sets of washer & dryers!) Perfect Home! Our extended family stayed in this beautiful home when we had kids playing in soccer tournaments. It fit seven adults and seven kids with room to spare. We had a great stay! Stayed with kids. There was plenty of room for all of our family, including the grandkids. They loved the bunk room. Lots of gathering room in the main living space downstairs and another family room area upstairs for the kids to play. My older kids enjoyed playing pickleball on the courts just across the street. Only downside was the swimming pool area was not finished yet, hopefully it will be up and running the next time we make a trip to St. George. We are here quite often for baseball tournaments. Awesome house! A couple of my friends and I were in town for a few days for a competition and rented this house. The competition was very time intensive and led to very long days. Regrettably we did not get to use the house to its fullest (the kitchen, grill, patio with amazing view) but it was nice to come back to a clean and comfortable place to get some rest and get ready for the next day. This home is stunning. Perfect view of the sunset and sunrise from the back patio. Family games and DVDs, you can tell the hosts have really put a lot of consideration for families and groups. Lots of seating indoors and outdoors. Love all the thought that has been put into the little details in this home that truly make you feel like you are at a home away from home. 2 hours from Vegas, quick trip to Zion, easy drive to Bryce and a day trip to Grand Canyon. Was a 20 minute drive to Snow Canyon State Park and access to some short but really incredible hikes. Jenny Canyon is a must do if you have never done a slot canyon. Excellent location! Hosts were incredible.

The home has everything you could need for a little getaway and is just a few min drive to two awesome lakes you can jetski, paddleboard, swim, etc. at. The home is also pretty new so you can expect everything to be tip top shape when you stay there. Just keep in mind when you cook or bake the firealrm can be very sensitive so just open up the windows and have a fan. Perfect place for our southern Utah vacation! We took a vacation to southern Utah and Zion National Park with another family. This was the PERFECT space for our group - 4 adults and 7 kids. We loved having two master bedrooms for each of the couples, and a bedroom each for our sets of kids. The owners were very accommodating to our 12 month old - they had a pack n play all set up for us when we got there and even had a high chair! Super convenient. We loved having the pool to come back to after our days spent hiking and canyoneering. The house was very clean and well stocked. We loved having access to the garage. Great place to crash and recover after a hard week of work. We came down to Saint George as part of a bicycle relay event called the Salt to Saint. We had 4 riders that split up the 430 mile, rode them in 26 hours straight, and by the time we got to this property we were pretty tired. The beds were very comfortable and we fell asleep very quick. The rest of our group was support staff and cheering section. They enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo and the thoughtfulness of the property owners. The BBQ worked great for cooking the steaks that night (protein is great for recovery haha), and the hot tub and pool right across the street were also a great place to relax and recover from a good long bike ride. All in all the place was fantastic for our group and we loved our stay. Thanks for a wonderful place to crash.

Perfect for a Tuachan getaway. We loved the 2 master bedrooms with their own amazing bathrooms and we loved the stock of bath towels(so fluffy) and pool towels. The remaining bedrooms fit all our needs as well with a trundle under the double bunk bed. The pool is right across the street and that was a big plus for us. The kitchen was well stocked, in fact so many little extras that made it all the better. Thanks we'll be back. FYI the direct tv might need to be adjusted, picture was kind of fuzzy and blocky

The four bedrooms include 2 master suites. Many nice amenities to make your stay enjoyable. We sued the pool multiple times and it is very large with a nice large hot tub. This home was just what we were looking for. Plenty of parking. We recommend this

Great place. Super clean. Convenient to attractions, pool, stores. Has everything you'll need. We stayed here for five nights and it was great. It was super clean and was very convenient to get to places like Zion, Red Canyon, Bryce and the Grand Canyon. Also a hidden gem is Sand Hollow Reservoir. Nearby are stores and some better restaurants in St. George. The house was well stocked with everything you would need to be home away from home. Owners were very helpful with suggestions about what to do.

Great home with two amazing matter bedrooms. The community is very quiet and safe, the pool was clean. The entire house was very clean and had great personal touches. It is a great place to stay in the St George area.

I loved the fact that there are 2 king suites and even a bunk bed room for the kids. The kitchen was equipped with almost anything you could need. Having the pool right behind the townhouse was so convenient. This place is great for adults and children alike. Any shopping that you might need to do is only an exit away. I would definitely recommend it.

Happy Golfers! This was the perfect place for our ladies golf getaway! Everyone enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of this lovely condo. The kitchen table was put to good use for our meals and evening games. The size of the bedrooms and number of bathrooms was appreciated by all. Amazing spot! Very cutely decorated with soft beds with tv in about every room. Stocked with clean luxurious towels! And everything you need. Kitchen was awesome with extra silverware and everything you need! Right by the pool which is a plus! Took a few families with little kids and ya was perfect! We plan to return again.

This condo is absolutely beautiful and conveniently located just minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants and fun outdoor activities! The kitchen is stocked with every item you can think of and the living room has fun games and movies! The rooms are very spacious and the king beds are so comfortable. There is an awesome heated pool right outside the condo. Kristen was super prompt to respond to any questions that arose and provided a book full of information about the area. I would highly recommend this place!
